 Welcome to Chisolm Communities.  Chisolm Communities designs and develops high end residential subdivisions and build to rent communities.  Chisolm Communities also serves as the parent company of Chisolm Real Estate Advisors (in partnership with JKN Realty), Chisolm Capital, and Chisolm Foundation.

• JKN Realty provides property management services for over 350 units in the greater Charlotte area.  JKN Realty also serves as the broker in charge of all realty services provided.
